One track. Every version.
“Final_v3_REAL_final.wav”
Full mix, instrumental, underscore, 30", 60", stems and the DAW session live under one track. New revisions never overwrite the old ones: choose which one is current and see the consequence before you confirm. Uploaded something as a separate track by mistake? Drop it on the right one and it becomes a version.
- Unlimited versions, revisions, stems and files per track
- No storage limits
- Every change can be undone
Rights, ready before the email arrives.
“Who owns this, and who do I call?”
The Sync Passport keeps everything a licence needs on the track itself: writers and publishers with their splits, IPI and society, master owners, one-stop status, restrictions and the licensing contact. Set your own details once and every new track starts with them.
- Splits always visible, never over 100%
- ISRC per recording, ISWC per work
- A readiness check that tells you what each track is missing before you pitch it
- Placements with their paperwork, kept on the track
Find it the way you’d describe it.
“Something dark and tense, strings, for a chase.”
Type it, and Aerie finds it. Every track is listened to and tagged for mood, genre, instruments, energy, BPM and key, with lyrics transcribed and explicit content flagged. Start from a track of yours and find what sounds like it.
- Filters for every tag, tempo, key, duration and mood band
- Loudness and true peak measured on every file
- Previews jump to the strongest 30 seconds
Send music. Know what happened.
“Did they even open it?”
Share a track, a playlist, an album or a whole project as a beautiful page. See who opened it, what they played and what they heard to the end, person by person. Recipients never need an account.
- Licence requests straight from your page
- Timed comments, so notes land on the exact second
- Shared projects where clients send you files
- Download all as one zip: listening copies, or originals and stems (Solo)
- Download controls, plus password and expiry (Solo)
- Your logo and colours on your pages (Studio)
- A player to embed on your own website, and QR codes for every link
- Your voice tag on listening copies, so leaked music always says whose it is (Solo)
- Sections inside shared playlists, expiry with date and time (Solo)
- Insights: plays over time, top tracks, who’s listening; full history and CSV export (Solo)
Everyone you work with, in one place.
“When did I last send them something?”
Every person you share with becomes a contact, with the whole story: what they opened, played, downloaded, asked for and sent back, across every link. Credits and rights point to the same contacts, so a name is written once and stays right everywhere.
Bring your catalogue. Take it with you.
“Our metadata lives in five spreadsheets.”
Import CSV, Excel or CWR files yourself: Aerie guesses your columns, matches rows to tracks by ISRC, file name or title, and shows you everything before it changes anything. Paste a Dropbox, Google Drive or Box link and the files come in too. Export your works as CSV whenever you need, and as CWR for your societies (Studio).
On your desktop, next to your DAW.
Coming later“I bounce, rename, upload, repeat.”
The Aerie desktop app keeps your library a click away and works with Logic Pro and the other DAWs you use: bounce a mix and it lands as a new revision of the right track.
Safe by design.
Your music is private until you share it, and every change leaves a trace.
- Roles for every person: Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer
- A history of every change, and Undo on almost everything
- Two-step verification
- Stored in the EU
- 30-day trash, so nothing disappears by accident
Part of the DADAAUDIO ecosystem
Aerie is where your music lives. Plume will publish it as your website, Perch will put it to work with clients, Canopy will bring it to new opportunities. The same music, never uploaded twice.
Your music, in order.
