Register your works
Register your works without a week of spreadsheets.
Keep writers, publishers, splits, IPI and societies on every work, then export CWR files for your societies in one click.
The beta opens in waves from Thursday 15 October. Join the waitlist: beta testers get every feature free until launch and 50% off their first year.
How it works
From your catalogue to your society.
- 1
Fill in the Sync Passport once. Writers and publishers, their shares, IPI numbers and societies. Set your own details as defaults and every new track starts with them.
- 2
Select the works to register. One, ten or the whole catalogue.
- 3
Export CWR. Aerie lists any problem first, a missing IPI, shares that don’t add up, a society code it doesn’t know, so you fix it before you send.
- 4
Send the file to your society or your publisher.
Also in the box
CWR export, ISRCs in bulk and rights edits in bulk are on the Studio and Label plans.
- ISRCs in bulk, from your registrant code, for every recording and every version, with no duplicates
- ISWC on every work
- A spreadsheet export with numbered writer and publisher columns, ready to re-import anywhere
What is a CWR file?
CWR (Common Works Registration) is the standard format publishers use to register musical works with collecting societies around the world. One file can register many works at once, with every writer, publisher and share. Aerie writes CWR 2.1.
Your music, in order.
