You pay in euros in the euro area, in pounds in the UK and in US dollars everywhere else (the same amounts as in euros; pounds are slightly lower); the exact amount, with any VAT or sales tax, is shown at checkout. Annual plans are billed once a year. Payments are processed by Polar, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Seats count owners, admins and editors; viewers are free, up to 10. After launch, every new workspace gets 14 days of Studio (or the plan you choose on this page) with Plume and Perch, no card. Then it moves to Free, with nothing lost.
Students pay half.
On every paid plan and add-on, with your school email or a document we check by hand, renewed each year.
Paid safely, through Polar.
Polar is our reseller and Merchant of Record: it takes the payment, adds the right VAT or sales tax for your country and sends your invoices. We never see your card.

What counts as a track?
A song or a cue, together with everything inside it: every version, revision, stem, DAW session and file. Tracks in the trash don’t count.
Who counts as a seat?
Owners, admins and editors of the workspace. Viewers are free, up to 10 per workspace. People you send music to are never seats.
How do Plume and Perch work with my plan?
They’re add-ons to your DADAAUDIO plan, even to Free, and they grow with it: with Studio and Label they do more. Your plan sets one track limit and one seat count for the whole workspace, and your music is never uploaded twice.
What happens if I go over my plan’s tracks?
Nothing disappears. Your music stays visible, playable and shareable. You just can’t add new tracks until you upgrade or go back under the limit.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, whenever you want. Moving up or adding an add-on works at once, and you pay the difference for the days left. Moving down or removing one takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
What if I move to a smaller plan?
Protection you set up stays: passwords, expiry dates and voice tags on existing links keep working, but new ones need the plan again. Your pages show “Sent with DADAAUDIO” instead of your brand, and Insights go back to the last 30 days; older data is kept for when you come back.
What if a payment fails?
For 5 days everything keeps working while we try again. Then the workspace follows the Free rules until the payment goes through. Nothing is ever deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund within 14 days of your first payment of a subscription. After that you can cancel at any time and keep everything until the end of the period you paid for. Refund policy

Who handles the payment?
Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), our reseller and Merchant of Record. Polar processes the order, takes the payment, handles VAT and sales tax, sends invoices and receipts, and deals with refunds. Your card details go to Polar and its payment processor, never to us.
When can I subscribe to a paid plan?
At launch. Until then, every beta tester uses every feature free, as a Tester.
Is there a student discount?
Yes: students pay half on every paid plan and add-on. Verify once with your school email, or send a document we check by hand, and renew each year.
